We've been completing our services and repairs casually and as a limited company for over 10 years, with hundreds of happy customers over our time!

Our technicians have been qualified multiple times in various subjects under Computing and Digital Skills and have completed hundreds of services and repairs over our trading times, meaning that we're able to quickly and efficiently complete a service without any worry.

Our facilities are equipped with full CCTV and Security around the area and we log, tag and track your devices from the day we have it up until the day it leaves us and hand it back to you. We insure every device that enters our facilities, including postage.

We take your devices, hardware and data very seriously, which is why we quarantine and isolate your devices from common networks and only connect your devices to our secure, isolated and fully encrypted network.

Please note, this only applies to bought products in our catalog. Services are exempt from this policy unless stated otherwise.

We will hold onto your device from the start of our holding agreement up until the service is completed, where the agreement comes to an end. When you take out a repair and service from us, we will hold onto your device until your invoice has been fully paid (If applicable). Our terms fully outlines our policy for payment and holding devices. Our Terms

We cannot fully determine how long your repair and servicing will take, but we can give you a rough estimate on how long your repair may take, as part of your quote and agreement.

If you need urgent support, we offer a priority service, where you can even get your device running again in as little as 30 minutes, depending on the difficulty. Fees apply.

Once the invoice has been paid, your device will be released instantly. We will contact you or mail back your device once it's ready and send you an email letting you know that your device is ready.

For local collection, you may collect it at any time, any day.
For postal deliveries, please expect your package with your device to arrive within 5 working days. If you chose a premium delivery option, your device should arrive within 0-2 business days.

Please note, as per our terms, unpaid invoices will result in a hold of your device. We will notify you every day to pay your invoice and can hold your device for a maximum of 60 days. See our terms for more information.

When a repair or service is completed and we required a security deposit, this will first be added to your invoice. If you don't owe any monies and you still have a remainder on your deposit, you'll be paid the difference.

Example:
Completed Service £30
Deposit Paid £50
Total -£20 (You'll be paid £20 back)

If you still owe monies for our services, you'll be again asked to pay the remaining amount and no deposit will be paid to you as we deduct your total by adding your deposit to your total.

Example:
Completed Service £150
Deposit Paid £100
Total £50 (You'll need to pay an additional £50).
